Shougang Concord Century Holdings Limited ("Shougang Century") has been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since April 1992. Shougang Holding (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shougang Corporation, and its controlled corporations, and NV Bekaert SA ("Bekaert") and Li Ka Shing Foundation Limited are the substantial shareholders of Shougang Century.
